Bangkok again.
Bangkok is draining. It's hotter than I've ever felt, and the air is filled with car exhaust.
Crowds move on every street while motorcycle taxis honk and weave through the people.
Vendors compete by blasting techno music and some areas are deafening.
Half the crowd are people trying to sell you stuff, and here you can't say no thankyou or they won't leave you Alone. All you can do is ignore them.
Most of the sidewalks are very old and only about 2ft across. Most people are crowded into the streets with the cars And bikes, and dodging everything makes a block seem like a mile.
But there are also some back alleys overgrown with bushes and flower vines and little food stalls in the shade.
Nasty or not, today I had to go get lost in bangkok a little. I know I'll miss this Asian craziness....
