Eating in Thailand

I decided I would eat with the locals when I got here, and everybody eats at outdoor food stalls in markets around town. The funny things Is when I look at the food my mind freezes up cause I've never seen anything like it before! But I've learned the main thing I need to know, if sauce is red don't eat it! I sweat enough here already but I just ate a red curry that tasted like liquid cayenne peppers, and I started sweating so much an elderly woman watching me started giggling and brought me a huge pile of napkins!
Big hairy white guy is vewy funny in Thailand...
