Thai washing machine

Here's where mamma of the house does the laundry everyday.
There are drying racks, scrub brushes, a tub for rinsing and a cement pad for straining the water out of the clothes, it's alot of work but this is still the standard everywhere, even in towns of 9-10 thousand people, like Ontario OR.
In Bangkok there are apartments and washing machines and personal cars, but this is rare everywhere else.
