Funny guy

Saw these guys joking around my last night in Bangkok.
They found a vendor with balloons.
They must have struck a deal for the whole lot.
It was actually pretty funny to see him walking around and sitting on the bar decks with a GIANT bunch of balloons.
I think everyone got a good laugh outta this one..
