Angkor wat

Wat means temple.
This temple has three points on everything because the Hindus who built it believe in a trinity. Which is a theology which teaches that god has three forms or ways of acting while still being one god.
The Hindus way of expressing this is Brahman the creator, Vishnu the preserver, and shiva the destroyer or changer.
Therefore most ancient Hindu temples here have three towers or three headed statues.
